Imagine our world

Science has shown health to be directly related to our
level of consciousness, as well as how we think, act, see and feel about
our world, ourselves and our immediate environment. Your life will
never change if others are always blamed for your unhappy or unhealthy
life. Know that happiness is not based on possessions, power or
prestige; be aware that greed is an out-of-balance emotion and that love
starts with self. Feeling joy in your heart, to the depths of your
soul, begins with the love and respect you have in your relationship with
self first, and then with those near and far from you. If you have
not learned how to unselfishly love “you,” how can you possibly know how
to unconditionally love anyone else and vice versa?
Become
part of a collective energy that embodies a world filled with peace and
love. Strive this holiday season and throughout the New Year to
be, “______the most responsible, enthusiastic, joyful, loving,
peaceful person I know.” Renew this mantra each day and trust your
life, your health and your world will be a dramatically and positively
better place.
